Q - How do I watch the event live on June 22nd?

The pre-show will start at 6:00 p.m. CST. There will be a link to view the presentation on our event page. If you can't watch the event live, you can watch it on www.family-focus.org/virtualcelebration.

Q - I can't attend but still want to make a donation.

Thank you! You can make a donation on this GiveSmart page by selecting any of the donation options on the main page, or you can visit our website at www.family-focus.org and click the bright purple donate button. If you want to send in a check please send to Family Focus, 310 S Peoria St Ste 301 Chicago IL, 60607.

Q - How will I pay for the donations I have made on the site?

If you have made a donation through the GiveSmart website or by texting 76278 during the event, then you will need to complete self-checkout after the event is over:

Click on "PAY" at the top screen.
Review the purchase summary.
Enter a credit card or use the one on file.
Select "Click Here to Pay".
Once payment is completed, a Red Pay Stamp appears over your transaction.
An email receipt will automatically be sent to you.

Q - What if I make a donation and I forgot to check out?

A - You will receive a text message asking you to please finish the checkout process to finishing making your donation. If you do not checkout within 2 days, we will process the credit card on file for your charges.
